Sales Policy — All Sales Final

All sales are final

Everything we sell, in store and online, is pre-owned and priced below retail. Every item is inspected before it is listed, and each listing shows the item's photos, condition and the store it's at. Because of that, all sales are final: we don't offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

If an item isn't as described

If what you receive is materially different from its listing — a different model, a defect the listing didn't mention, or missing parts the listing said were included — contact the store that sold it within 7 days of pickup or delivery, with your order number and photos. We'll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund. This doesn't limit any rights you have under Alberta consumer protection law.

Have a question about an item? Call the store it's at, or text Maya at (587) 288-1430 before you order. We're happy to send more photos or test something for you.

Pickup and shipping

Pickup is free at the store named on the listing; bring photo ID and your order number. Items that ship go anywhere in Canada; the shipping cost is shown before you pay. Large or fragile items are pickup only and say so on the listing.

Orders placed before October 21, 2026

Orders placed before this policy took effect keep the 14-day return policy that applied when they were bought.
